Brittany Byrd - Owner/Stylist
Brittany officially pursued her passion for hair in 2013, however her experience in the industry began in 2007 as her aunt’s assistant while she was in high school and college. Her love of both art and science drew her to a career as a stylist.
She specializes in lived in blondes, extensions, and dimensional brunettes. She has multiple certifications in hand tied extensions and is immersed in continuing education both in person and online to advance her skillset. She believes the most important part of a hair appointment is the consultation, carefully asking all the right questions to find a look that best suits her client.
Brittany opened B+Co in 2016 to create a space for her clients to feel valued while enjoying a positive, relaxing atmosphere. In 2019 B+Co moved to its current location in Huntersville and has grown into a beautiful space with other amazing stylists joining her team. Her goal is for anyone who walks into the salon to feel comfortable and welcomed, and to leave feeling refreshed and confident.
Mallory Crayton-Stylist
Mallory has worked in the beauty industry since 2014, and found an early love for bridal where she quickly built a name for herself. In addition to bridal, she most enjoys blonding and dimensional color services. Her great love of the beauty industry grew from how it allows her to connect with people and help them to feel like the most beautiful versions of themselves!
Julia DeLeon - Stylist
With 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, Julia believes great hair is more than just a style—it’s a reflection of who you are and a chance to feel your best. Recently relocated from Louisiana, Julia is excited to bring her expertise to new clients and help them achieve their hair goals. Specializing in all hair types, from curly to straight, she offers precision and skill in every cut and color. Passionate about creating beautiful blonde hues, dimensional brunettes, seamless grey coverage, and blending, she is dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty with every visit!
Morgan Russell -Stylist
With three years of experience in the industry, I have fallen in love with blonding and extension services, helping my clients achieve their dream hair with customized techniques. My goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable experience where every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Nicolette Antonakakis - Independent Stylist
Nicolette has a passion for making people feel good about themselves. She fell in love with the industry because she has always enjoyed hair and makeup, allowing people to show their inner beauty on the outside. Her extroverted personality makes getting to know her clients feel natural and she loves to meet new people. She most enjoys blonding and lived in color with lots of dimension!
Hannah Edmonds - Independent Stylist
Hannah's passion for hair has been a lifelong pursuit. From coloring her baby dolls' hair with a marker to highlighting her friends' hair in high school, she has always been involved in the hairstyling world. Her career took off in Wilmington, NC, where she provided assistance to multiple family members during and after hair school. Despite her young age, Hannah has accumulated years of experience in the hair industry.
Hannah's main objective is to make people feel beautiful. In a world where people's confidence is constantly being undermined, she aims to be a part of what helps restore that confidence. Following God's plan, she found herself in Charlotte, NC, and ultimately, she found you.
